Woodland - The Yard
This highly productive lumber yard with mill and railroad reload is on 16 acres just five minutes from I-5. Seven truck drivers with over 125 years of experience deliver lumber, plywood and building materials, south to Modesto, north to Auburn and the greater Sacramento area.
With a hundred fifty thousand square foot warehouse on site, much of the material can be stored inside and away from the elements.
On staff is a certified BC Framer operator who can do material take off lists for lumber, plywood, building materials and all engineered wood products as well as provide a cut list for doors and windows.
Our sales team of outside salespeople, who are backed up with an inside partner, make accessibility a reality. They are dedicated problem solvers for our customers.
